Server is offline?

Can someone tell me is the server off cuz i cannot connect..

For so many times..

The server is up for 12houers any houer.. And offline for 12 houers... It can be that it comes online a bit later. So don't worry about it..

Sorry but i'm new and kinda wondering can someone tell me what is going here ? The server is now ofline ? And he(the server) is online only for 12 hours the ather 12 is offline ? Is it some upcoming update or something ? Do i connect in the game whit tha Account i'm useing on this forum ? Cuz i rly wanna chek out the game some friends of my told me about it ( i've chek it on youtube and kinda liked it ) then they told me about this server . So i'll be greatful if someonee tell me aabout the things arround here

there is a reister link on the forums somewhere and to see if server is online you need to be on hamachi (still CBT)

EDIT: There is a vote system and new players coming up to try the seerver but it's CBT WTF ?? Come on atleast say in the xtream top 100 that it's still CBTT . Kinda sucks to lie like this >.>
